The Administration Supervisor will be responsible for efficient implementation of administration and support services to internal stakeholder departments and external support services providers

Key responsibilities

•  Leads, coaches and develops a high performing Business Administration team, and role models people leadership behaviours
• Responsible for monitoring actuals against budget for all business administration support service functions and identifies and implements initiatives to manage and save costs.
• Promotes a customer service culture across the Business Administration team and ensures ‘advocate’ customer experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Other duties as required by the Head of Corporate Support.

Key requirements

• Diploma in Business, Finance or Human Resources
• At least 3 years experience in similar role.
• Highly computer literate including all Microsoft applications.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience, detailed understanding and knowledge of financial services legislative requirements in PNG and the other jurisdictions that Credit Corporation operates in.

The Security Supervisor will oversee the security operations of the business ensuring strict adherence to standard security protocols and procedures in line with the company policy. This role is based in Port Moresby.

Key responsibilities

• Daily management and oversee operations of the CCTV and alarm systems and access controllers
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks within the business
• Act as a liaison between the organization and law enforcement agencies during emergencies to ensure the overall safety of our people and property.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols.
• Ensure proper functioning of all security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control).
• Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate security measures into various operational aspects.
• Other duties as directed by the Head of Corporate Services or the Chief Operating Officer

Key requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or relevant.
• Must have at least 3-5 years prior experience in the military or law enforcement
• At least 3-5 experience in a similar role preferably with other banks and financial institutions
• Must possess a valid class 6 driver's license.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of logistics services within the business. This role includes managing logistics (Fleet and Transport) operations, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, optimizing transportation processes, and improving cost-effectiveness. The Logistics Supervisor works closely with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily logistics operations including transportation and fleet management
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely service and delivery of goods/services
• Analyse fleet and transportation costs and seek opportunities for cost reduction.
• Other duties as required by the Head of Corporate Services

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
• Full Class 6 license.

The Procurement Officer will form part of our Corporate Support team based in Port Moresby. The officer should have a clear understanding of supply chain management, possess strong administrative skills, be well organized, have excellent customer service skills and experience working in a multifaceted organization.

Key responsibilities

• In collaboration with all business units, understand all administrative needs of the organization, including but not limited to amenities, travel and facility management.
• Research and recommend potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, and pricing.
• In line with the procurement process, arrange for issuance of purchase orders and timely payment of invoices for all suppliers.
• Administer all end-to-end domestic and international travel in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
• Other duties as required by the Corporate Services Manager, Procurement and the Head of Corporate Services.

Key requirements

• Diploma in Business, Finance or Human Resources
• Previous experience in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
