CreditBank PNG, is recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of IT Governance Analyst.
The IT Governance Analyst supports the development and maintenance of IT governance frameworks to ensure IT initiatives align with business goals, meet regulatory requirements, and manage operational risks. The role focuses on audit support, process improvement, standardisation, reporting, and minimising compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, implementing, and enhancing IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Assist in developing, maintaining, and testing the Business/Service Continuity Program, including Disaster Recovery policies and procedures.
Audit and Compliance:
Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems, processes, and controls to evaluate compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Support change management processes by reviewing change requests, assessing impacts, and ensuring changes are appropriately authorized, documented, and implemented.
Assist in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing IT-related risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for management review.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT governance processes, controls, and frameworks.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager, IT Service Delivery.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field. (Experience with audit methodologies and change management processes is desirable).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, evaluate controls, and recommend improvements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity principles. Familiarity with regulatory requirements is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL) are advantageous.

The Product Manager – Data Analytics will be accountable for defining, delivering, and evolving Product data and analytics that enable better commercial decisions and superior customer experiences. This role plays a critical part in CreditBank PNG’s ambition to be recognized as the leading digital bank in PNG, by transforming data into actionable insight across Retail, SME, Commercial and Marketing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new insights from data to improve existing products, manage the product life cycle in consultation with the Head of Group Strategy.
Strategic:
Define and maintain CreditBank PNG analytics, product vision and roadmap, aligned to the Bank’s strategy and annual business plans.
Translate business questions into clear analytics requirements, dashboards, and data products.
Act as the single point of accountability for analytics product outcomes and adoption.
