CreditBank PNG seeks an experienced person to fill in the role of Contact Centre & Complaint Resolution Officer.
The Contact Centre & Complaint Resolution Officer will be responsible for handling queries and complaints received from our customers, clients and stakeholders. This position reports to the Manager Contact Centre & Customer Experience.
Key responsibilities:
Address customer issues or concerns, identifying problems and providing suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records for follow-up actions, ensuring proper documentation of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints and resolutions.
In collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders, stay informed on the bank’s products and services.
Work closely with other relevant stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
Ensure all customer queries are handled within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) maintaining communication with customers up to closure of queries.
Key requirements:
Diploma in Business, HR or equivalent.
Experience in a similar role in the banking/ finance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be flexible, organized and can manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a demanding, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.

CreditBank PNG seeks an experienced person to fill in the role of Cards & Digital Operations Officer.
The Cards & Digital Operations Officer will assist with all operational and administrative related activities within Cards and Digital Operations team.
Key responsibilities
Work closely with the branch team to procure cards for customers and branch and monitor card stock levels.
Assist customers with card-related inquiries, including account balances, transaction details, activation issues, lost or stolen cards and other concerns.
Activate new cards for customers and deactivate or block cards in the case of fraud, theft or at customers’ request.
Facilitate credit card payments as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected and payments processed promptly.
Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to effectively manage complaints and queries and contribute to process improvements.
Provide customers with information on how to use their cards safely, manage their spending, and take advantage of card benefits or rewards.

CreditBank PNG seeks an experienced person to fill in the role of Dispute & Chargeback Officer.
The Disputes and Chargeback Officer is responsible for actively and regularly monitoring all incoming chargebacks and disputes as well as actioning all CreditBank PNG customer disputes that are lodged through our branch networks, contact centre or fraud monitoring team.
Manage all aspects of the dispute process from data collection and processing.
Identify common risk factors associated with customer dispute claims and communicate emerging trends and patterns in worked disputes.
Analyse claimant transaction history through available online data and leverage knowledge of industry fraud trends to determine if the claim is valid or fraudulent.
Assess claimant eligibility for access to affect funds during the dispute recovery process in accordance with VISA or MasterCard dispute rules if applicable.
Utilize network dispute process to attempt recovery on behalf of Visa DAS Clients, ensuring that disputes are submitted in accordance with Network Operating Regulations, and that all required evidence and technical conditions and requirements are met.
Bachelor’s degree in business studies, accounting or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Intermediate knowledge of Schemes Chargeback Process and Rules.
CreditBank PNG seeks an experienced person to fill in the role of Fraud Monitoring Officer.
The Fraud Monitoring Officer will be responsible for overseeing and identifying potentially fraudulent activities within CreditBank PNG, ensuring the protection of both the bank and its customers.
This role will report to the Senior Officer – Fraud Monitoring.
Constantly review and monitor transaction data to detect any suspicious or irregular activities that could indicate fraud, such as unusual patterns, duplicate transactions, or unauthorized access.
Conduct thorough investigations into flagged transactions, analyse data, review customer history, and collaborate with other departments when needed to determine if fraud has occurred.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports of investigations, findings, and actions taken for regulatory compliance and internal reviews.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and security systems to minimize the risk of fraud. This might include setting up alerts, improving security measures, or raising awareness with all stakeholders.
In cases of fraud involving customers, work with customers to explain the situation, and guide them on how to proceed (e.g., raising disputes or ordering a replacement card).
3-5 years experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
Expertise in risk management, fraud detection, and data analysis & investigations.
This role will require working shifts, on weekends and gazetted public holidays.
CreditBank PNG seeks an experienced person to fill in the role of Payments Officer.
The Payments Officer will ensure processing of payments are done accurately and efficiently in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate monitoring and settlement of all transactions.
Assist to effectively manage operational risk and address risks in all aspects of the Payments and Settlements function.
Assist with projects related to Payments and Settlements, ensure their timely completion, achievement of objectives and cost efficiencies.
Ensure the changeover of new systems and processes is smooth and error-free
Assist in preparing regular reporting for senior management for effective monitoring and control.
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Previous experience of Commercial Payments, Treasury settlements, Cash management, Nostro Reconciliations, etc.
